It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

Mark is a pleasure to work with. From my first communication, he responded promptly, provided clear instructions and exercises to prepare for the session. He made time to get a sense of who I was and the results I desired from the online hypnosis session. One can observe him drawing on deep knowledge of hypnosis, general wellness information, and a sensitivity to the individual throughout the whole experience. He followed the session up with thoughtful/helpful emails and provided access to a recording of our session. Mark truly has a gift! I wasn't sure what to expect but before we even got started he explained everything. We talked and built a trust that he was the right person to guide me. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I went in for a past life and my soul came forward and wanted to be heard. I loved my past life regression session. It was a great experience plus he taught me how to hypnotize myself and personally I'm finding this to be more helpful than meditation. If you're struggling in life and counciling is slow progress and costly....I highly recommend this man and a past life regression session.
